Service around the clock
Centrifuges work at high velocities and are exposed to increased loads. This is why wear is unavoidable. Huning Umwelttechnik has established a service and repair workshop to transform old centrifuges into new ones and defective centrifuges into working ones. A large spare parts stock guarantees the quickest possible replacement of damaged units. There are 30 reliable team members available for you - in case of emergency around the clock. Our service includes also maintenance. All mobile and stationary systems are inspected at regular intervals. Numerous centrifuges are provided by us for leasing, rotors are replaced on request.

Revision in disassembled condition

(snail, rotor, bearing, difference drives)

Disassembly and maintenance of driving devices

  • The machine is completely disassembled into its components
  • All parts of the machine are cleaned
  • All components are checked in respect of wearing and dimensions
  • A check concerning paint cracks is carried out
  • A damage report with all relevant data is provided
  • Kind and scope of repair are communicated and discussed with you (subject to compliance with the accident prevention regulations / UVV)
  • Reconditioning of the defective parts
  • Wearing protection renewal of the snail and of the discharge openings
  • Sand blasting and painting of all rusting steels
  • Mounting on Europe's most modern balancing bench to balance snail and drum
  • Assembly of the machine with completely new screws, bearings and gaskets
  • Mounting of the rotor at your site. The main bearings are checked with dial gauges regarding tilting - to avoid bearing damages

Revision in installed condition

  • Check of the feed pipe
  • Coagulant chamber
  • Discharge opening, by means of a special-purpose camera vibration measurement
  • Measurement of bearing temperatures
  • General wear inspection
