Stationary high-performance centrifuges for permanent installation
Compared to mobile systems, stationary systems are suitable particularly for continuous operation. For the dewatering of communal and industry sludges and for the thickening of surplus sludges Huning applies centrifuge systems with a throughput rate of 10 to 200 m³ / h. We work with high-performance centrifuges made by Bird Humboldt, Alfa-Laval and Westfalia.
We project, build, construct and mount complete computer-controlled systems for the treatment of all sorts of sludges. Peripheral equipment as there are thick matter pumps, polymer dissolving stations or storage tanks is also included in the installation. All applied machines have conditioning mixers for increasing the concentration of solids by adding aggregates.
Please note: Leasing is less expensive than purchasing. You will save personnel costs and in case of any problems Huning will be at your service at once.
